We’re gearing up for our 2025 Holiday Fair, happening Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14 at the Broadway Pier downtown — and we need your help!

We're currently looking for volunteers to help with setup, morning, and afternoon shifts. Volunteer roles include assisting vendors, selling tickets at the door, and more. Our events are always a blast — you’ll meet great people, be part of a vibrant community, and receive a swag bag full of handmade goodies as a thank-you!

If you’re ready and available to lend a hand to help out this important event for local small businesses, please fill out the volunteer form below. Be sure to only sign up for shifts you're available to work — completing the form reserves your spot.

We’re also hiring for a limited number of paid staff positions, including:

• Mover roles that require the ability to lift 75 lbs+ to help with setup and breakdown.

• Event support roles that involve experienced customer service and basic tech support throughout the weekend.
